Therefore, we will adopt compliance technology to store/encrypt sensitive information with your explicit consent and initiative to protect the security of your personal information. If we indirectly obtain relevant personal information through other channels such as sharing, transferring, collecting public information, etc., we will clearly inform you, and only obtain the minimum amount of information necessary to realize the business functions of products or services, and clearly inform you and seek your express consent before collecting and using. (1) Realize the main functions of the camera

Core functions refer to the basic functions that support the normal operation of the APP and provide services. If you do not agree to the collection and use of your personal information necessary for us to provide services to you, you will not be able to use this product.

  1. 1. Information collected through account registration. After you install the camera APP on your mobile phone, you needto register on the APP or log in to the JDuo account to use it. When you register a JDuo account, you need to provide your mobile phone number and set an account password or use the WeChat login function to register and log in. Based on our cooperation with WeChat, when you use the "WeChat login" function, WeChat will send your WeChat ID to us with your express consent, so that we can provide you with fast login services. If you refuse to provide your WeChat ID, you will not be able to use the "WeChat login" method to register and log in to your SmartVision account, but it will not affect your registration and login through other methods, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions. You can change your avatar and password through "My-> Account Management".  When you cancel your JDuo account, we will stop using and deleting the above information or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
  2. 2. Bind smart hardware devices. After you log in to the APP, you can connect and bind the APP to smart hardware devices through acoustic wave sensing. In order to realize the binding of APP and smart hardware devices, we need to obtain your location information (used to obtain WiFi list) and WiFiNetwork information, smart hardware device and mobile phone power on and off and connected to the network, smart hardware device model, mobile phone operator, mobile phone operating system and version, mobile phone model, mobile phone local storage space. The above information will be uploaded to the server of JDuo to prevent other identities other than you from accessing and managing smart hardware devices and better protect the security of your information. You can delete the camera by "Settings-> Unbinding", "Settings-> Unbind Delete the doorbell" Realize the unbinding of smart hardware devices and delete all your personal information related to smart hardware devices.
  3. 3. View the video footage taken by the smart hardware device. After binding the smart hardware device, you can view the real-time video images and historical video captured by the smart hardware device throughthe APP. You can also save the video locally or share it with friends through third-party apps. When you share a video with a friend through a third party, we do not obtain any information about your third-party application (including related account information). If your mobile phone is connected to a WiFi network and  logged in to the APP and has purchased the "Cloud Recording" service or has a memory card inserted in the phone, you can use the " View and manage historical video recordings taken by smart hardware devices in Cloud Recording and Card Recording. When you use the "Cloud Recording" service, when the smart hardware device is enabled and connected to WiFi, we will encrypt all the videos recorded by the smart hardware device and upload them to the server of JDuo to synchronize to different devices and protect the video files, and such video files are only retained7 days; If you use the "Card Recording" service, the video captured by the smart hardware device is only saved locally and will not be uploaded to the Smart Video server.

Please note that the facial features of you, your family or third-party individuals may be recorded in the video recorded by smart hardware devices, in order to protect the privacy information of all parties and respect the privacy rights and interests of all parties, please fully understand the responsibilities, obligations and rights of you and us when installing, using and controlling smart hardware devices through APP. The video of your smart hardware device is important private information for you and your family, and if uploaded, we will strictly encrypt and store it on our servers, and will not use the video for other purposes or share it with third parties.

  1. 4. Control smart hardware devices. After you bind the smart hardware device, you can controlthe camera's functional services through the "camera-> settings" in the APP, including camera naming, service scene, enable stay alarm, demolition alarm, do not disturb at home, smart housekeeper, Family album, or control the functions of the doorbell through "Doorbell-> Settings", including doorbell monitoring range, opening the stay alarm, forced demolition alarm, do not disturb at home, and receive doorbell-related push messages. When you enable the Do Not Disturb at Home function of your smart hardware device, you need to authorize us to obtain the MAC address of your mobile phone to confirm that your mobile phone and smart hardware device are in the same Wifi  The information you set and provide will be uploaded to our server as instructions for smart hardware devices to realize the control of smart hardware devices.
  2. Doorbell phone call function. When you do not receive or miss the doorbell call message in the software, the doorbell will inform you of the relevant doorbell information by sending an SMS to the mobile phone number. The SMS service is supported by the relevant technical services provided by the telecom operator, and in order to achieve this function, we need to share your bound mobile phone number with the telecom operator. In order to ensure that the telephone call is detected in a timely manner and that you have received the doorbell related notification, the telecom operator will save the call record and recording of the corresponding telephone call. We will require telecom operators to strictly encrypt the upload and storage of such information to ensure the security of your information.

(2) Realize the additional functions of intelligent video intelligent cameras

Additional functions refer to service functions other than core functions and third-party functions, which require you to choose to enable and use them independently. If you do not turn on the function, we will not collect your personal information. At the same time, you can turn off additional functions through the closing path mentioned below; After closing, we will no longer collect and use your personal information, and it will not affect your use of the core functions of the APP.

  1. 1. Take screenshots. This feature allows you to take a screenshot of the video captured by the camera while viewing it. You canview screenshots and photos in the "Album" local to your phone. Your screencast recording will be uploaded to the server for simultaneous viewing on different devices. We will not use your Screencasts elsewhere or share them with third parties.
  2. 3. Movement monitoring. We will identify the pictures taken by smart hardware devices to realize changes monitoring reminders and safety protection for families and families. You can view the movement monitoring and related videos that have been captured in front of smart hardware devices (especially doorbells) in the last two days. At the same time, you can choose whether to turn notifications and monitoring on or off in the camera settings.
  3. Share smart hardware devices. You can share smart hardware devices and mobile phone numbers through WeChat to share smart hardware devices. When you share the QR code of your smart hardware device to a friend through WeChat, we will not obtain any information about your WeChat account. When you choose to invite friends through your mobile phone number, we need you to authorize us to obtain"contact permissions" to select the contacts you want to share with the smart hardware device through the address book list. We only read your address book list locally for you to choose to share your contacts. Your address book information will not be uploaded to the server and will not be shared with third parties. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to select a contact through the address book, but it will not affect your manual entry of the contact's mobile phone number. We will upload the mobile phone number of your family member to the server encrypted to enable the mobile phone number to invite friends to share smart hardware devices.
    1. After the contact is invited, he can only view the real-time recording of the smart hardware device and all alarm message records at any time. You canmanage the list of family members you invite in Settings-> Sharing.
  4. 7. Network speed monitoring. When ensuring that your mobile phone and smart hardware devices are connected to the same network, we test the network speed of your mobile phone through the public interface of the mobile phone system, and feedback the test results to you, so that you can view and understand the network speed of the smart hardware device. During the implementation of this function, we will not obtain any personal information about you, and you can choose to turn off the network and data in the camera settings.
  5. 8. Purchase cloud recordings. Cloud recording provides you with the function of viewing and saving historical videos taken by smart hardware devices through the APP at any time. In order to use this feature, you need to purchase cloud recording. When you choose to purchase and pay for the cloud recording package service of smart hardware devices, you can pay through third-party payment methods (including WeChat, Alipay, and Apple Pay). We only obtain the product name, order number, order amount, and payment status of your purchase to provide you with relevant cloud recording services, and we will not obtain any information of the third payment account.

(3) Device permission calls

In the process of providing services, the Smart Video Link Smart Camera APP will call some device permissions of your mobile phone. The following are the business functions corresponding to the APP call permission, the purpose of the call permission, and the situation asked to you before calling the permission.

You can choose to turn off some or all of the permissions in the device's settings function to refuse the APP to collect the corresponding personal information. In different devices, the permission display method and the closing method may be different, please refer to the device and system developer's instructions or guidelines.

Please note that when you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services, and if you close any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and will also stop providing you with corresponding services. (7) Collecting information

App collection

  1. In order to allocate a server nearby and improve the overall access speed of users, we will use your IPaddress on the phone.

II. How We Store Your Personal Information

If we stop operating Smartview products or services, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner, notify you of the suspension of operation in the form of delivery or announcement one by one, and delete or anonymize the personal information we store.

  2. We deploy access control mechanisms on the server side, adopt the principle of minimum sufficient authorization for staff who may have access to your personal information, and regularly check the list of visitors and access records.
  3. The server systems on which we store your personal information are secure and hardened operating systems. We perform account audits and monitoring of server operations. If it is found that the server operating system with security problems announced externally, Smart Vision will upgrade the server security as soon as possible to ensure the security of all server systems and applications.
  4. We regularly organize training on laws and regulations related to personal information protection for our staff to strengthen their awareness of your personal privacy protection.
  5. In the unfortunate event that our physical, technical or management protection measures are damaged, we will promptly activate the emergency plan to prevent the expansion of the security incident, report it to the national competent authority in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, and promptly inform you of the basic situation of the security incident, the possible impact, the measures taken or the measures to be taken to be taken in a reasonable and effective way such as push and announcement.

4 . You cancel your SmartVision account, uninstall or no longer use our products (or services).

You can contact us to request deletion of your personal information through the methods provided in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy, and we will reply within 15 working days. When we delete your personal information from the server, we may not immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system, but we will delete the information when the system updates the backup information.

(3) Cancel your personal account

You can log in to the app and go to Account Settings - > Other Account Settings - > cancel your account. Cancel your JDuo account. Please note that if you choose to cancel your SmartVision account, your SmartVision account will not be usable and the relevant account information will be erased, and you will no longer be able to log in and use the product functions and services of SmartVision through your SmartVision account (but it will not affect your use of services and functions that you can use without account login).

After you cancel your account, except where laws and regulations require us to retain relevant information, we will stop providing you with corresponding products (or services), and delete or anonymize your personal information within 10 working days.

(4) Withdraw your consent or authorization

In the APP, you can withdraw your consent and authorization to us in the following ways.

(1) You can enter the permission management interface of your authorization for Smart Video Smart Camera through "Settings-> Application Settings-> JDuo-> Permission Management" on your mobile phone. Withdraw the authorization and consent to the Smart Video Link Smart Camera APP.

(2)  Turn off relevant functions or unbind smart hardware devices through the specific closing path and method in the function description of the "I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" module of this Policy. Disable revokes the authorization corresponding to the feature.

Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to complete (see the first section of this policy), when you withdraw your consent or authorization, we can no longer provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

(5) Respond to your above requests

For security purposes, you may be required to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
